Zestaw narzędzi SENSE (SENSE Toolkit) łączy dowody naukowe z praktycznymi zasobami wspierającymi opiekę nad osobami z demencją opartą na stymulacji sensorycznej. Obejmuje on badanie literaturowe (Desk Research) oraz metaanalizę praktyk aktywacji sensorycznej opartych na dowodach naukowych, a także 10 praktycznych modułów szkoleniowych, z których po dwa poświęcone są każdemu z pięciu głównych zmysłów: wzrokowi, słuchowi, dotykowi, węchowi i smakowi. Łącznie zasoby te wyposażają opiekunów w skuteczne, skoncentrowane na osobie strategie, które pomagają poprawić komunikację, zaangażowanie oraz jakość życia osób żyjących z demencją.
